Online jury research is an additional tool for your legal briefcase, to be used at various points during case and trial preparation.
Our overall process consists of five steps -
(1) You gather the materials you want to present to a virtual jury, including questions and opinions you want collected along with any graphics.
(2) We code and test your case and questions using our patent-pending toolset.
(3) You verify that the case is well and fairly presented prior to “launch”.
(4) We use email to invite and screen virtual jurors based on your criteria, asking those who qualify to review the materials and answer the posed questions online.
(5) You and your client can see detailed responses as well as responses summarized by important factors including age, gender, ethnicity, and occupation.
Briefs and case set-up should be, well, brief. We’ll work with you to present your case in a fashion that is amenable to the online environment. Cases usually can be presented in the equivalent of 3-5 typewritten pages including a case introduction, plaintiff and defendant presentations, and juror instructions.

Our tools help you to gather information on a variety of topics. Virtual jurors give you a reading on the believability of your facts, story-line, or witnesses. Qualitative or quantitative feedback on the relative strength of jurors’ beliefs or feelings helps you to identify areas requiring your additional attention. It is also constructive to understand jurors’ take on tangential concerns – David v. Goliath syndrome, ability to pay issues, occupational prejudices, educational backgrounds, etc.
Visual support is usually helpful in presenting information in a quick, easy-to-understand manner.

You can insert any multimedia item within a case, including -
- audio clips
- video clips
- photographs
- important "papers"
- drawings
- diagrams
- charts
- links to websites
Small audio or video snippets of client or witness depositions or counsel statements can also be used to gain feedback on credibility and effectiveness.
